Important Registration Dates


FALL 2014

Advisement is required prior to registration. Contact your adviser to find out when you can be advised. Schedule as early as possible for better availability. Advisers will not be available during final exams or semester break (May 1-19, July 17 - August 7).

Every effort should be made to consult your adviser before the end of Spring Semester. During the summer, advisement occurs by appointment only. Contact your adviser or his/her Department Head to schedule an appointment. In some departments, advising may only be available on specific days of the week. . Advisers will not be available July 17 – August 7.

March 31 (Mon) – April 18 (Fri)

Early Registration for Continuing Students

  • Currently enrolled students are assigned a registration time ticket giving them access to registration. Students may register during or after the time listed but not before. Registration time ticket information is available on BANNER WEB FOR STUDENTS under “Check Your Registration Status.”
  • BANNER WEB FOR STUDENTS is available for registration from 7:30 AM on March 31 until 11:59 PM on April 18, except during the hours of 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM for computer backup.
  • On-campus assistance available during normal business hours:
    • Academic Divisions (as posted)

April 14– 18 (Mon – Fri)

  • Readmitted students are assigned a registration time ticket giving them access to registration. Students may register during or after the time listed but not before. Registration time ticket information is available on BANNER WEB FOR STUDENTS under “Check Your Registration Status.”
  • BANNER WEB FOR STUDENTS is available for registration from 7:30 AM on April 14 until 11:59 PM on April 18, except during the hours of 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM for computer backup.
  • On-campus assistance available during normal business hours:

April 19 (Sat) – July 30 (Wed)

Open Registration for Continuing and Readmitted Students
BANNER WEB FOR STUDENTS is available for registration, and schedule change at12:00 AM on April 19 until 4:00 PM on July 30, except during the hours of 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM for computer backup.

  • Complete instructions will be printed on your Fall Semester Schedule Bill. Be sure to pay your fees by the required payment deadline. Payment deadlines for each phase of registration are listed below.

  • Adviser’s Office – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

August 13 – 15 (Wed – Fri)

Drop/Add

  • BANNER WEB FOR STUDENTS is available for Drop/Add and payment from 7:30 AM on August 13 until 4:00 PM on August 15, except during the hours of 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM for computer backup.
  • Adviser’s Office – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Registrar’s Office – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • All schedules become official after registrations not paid are dropped on August 15.

August 15 (Fri) – 4:00 PM
